Overview
The Partnership Coordinator is essential to building strong, mission-aligned relationships that amplify ChatterGirls' reach and impact. This role focuses on creating and nurturing partnerships with schools, youth organizations, local businesses, and aligned nonprofits to expand program access, co-host events, and generate shared value in our mission to empower girls ages 8–14.
Key Responsibilities

🌐 Identify and Build Strategic Partnerships

Research and reach out to organizations that align with ChatterGirls' mission

Schedule and participate in introductory meetings or presentations

📝 Develop Collaborative Opportunities

Pitch ideas for co-hosted events, workshops, or campaigns

Explore opportunities for sponsorships, resource sharing, or cross-promotion

💬 Maintain Ongoing Partner Relationships

Serve as a consistent point of contact for partner organizations

Ensure partners are informed about current programs, events, and impact stories

📊 Track and Report Engagement

Keep accurate records of outreach, conversations, agreements, and outcomes

Share monthly updates and feedback with the ChatterGirls team

Skills & Qualifications

Passion for youth empowerment and community building

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable with email outreach, phone calls, and virtual meetings

Organized and proactive; able to follow up and maintain contact

Experience in partnership development, community relations, or networking (a plus, not required)
